Please note: All conference fees above are in SEK excluding VAT. According to the Swedish and EU legislation, 25% VAT will be added to the conference fees. In some cases, however, VAT is not applicable. Please read carefully the information below.

On-site participation
The conference fee for regular delegates for the on-site participation to ICEEP 2022 includes access to the full conference program from 26 June 2022 until 1 July 2022, lunches and coffee breaks according to the program, conference material, transport from the hotel to the conference venue, transport from Uppsala to Stockholm on 29 June as well as all the social activities.
The ICEEP 2022 fee for student delegates includes all of the above and applies only to Master or PhD-students at a university. To be entitled this special fee, you should provide, upon registration, a scanned copy of your student ID-card or a letter from your department confirming that you are either a Master student or a PhD-student. The registration system can handle documents in JPG, PNG and PDF formats.
A 25% VAT will be added to all on-site fees before payment.
Digital participation
The conference fee for digital participation to ICEEP 2022 includes full access to the digital conference program from 26 June 2022 until 1 July 2022.
One-day fees or late bird fees are not available for digital participation.
VAT is not applicable for digital viewing from across a border. This means no VAT will be added to the fee for digital participation from another country than Sweden. A 25% VAT will be added to all digital fees before payment for delegates based in Sweden.
Payment
Payment must be made before the conference. Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer (invoice).
Swedish delegates
- All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona).
- Swedish delegates can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice.
- If you choose to pay by invoice, you will receive your invoice by e-invoice (e-faktura) in first hand and otherwise as a pdf attachment by e-mail.
Delegates from outside Sweden
- All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona).
- Delegates from outside Sweden can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice.
- We will not accept any bank charge deductions.
- Upon choice of payment with ”International bank transfer” on the registration form, you will receive an invoice including bank transfer information such as bank account, IBAN, etc. The invoice will be sent as a pdf attachment by e-mail.
- Please note that we accept the following credit cards: VISA and Master Card.
- Your credit card must be connected to 3D Secure, that is, Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. Your bank can help you check that your card is connected, or help you to connect it.
- Credit card payment is implemented through Nets, payment solutions for secure on-line payment.
VAT regulations on on-site and digital events
On-site participation
For all delegates, except for Swedish government public organizations (“statliga myndigheter”): 25% VAT will be added before payment.
Digital participation
For all delegates based in Sweden, except for Swedish government public organizations (“statliga myndigheter”): 25% VAT will be added before payment.
For all delegates from outside Sweden, i.e. the rest of the world. No VAT will be added before payment.
Conditions for cancellation, refunds and changes
Cancellation made by the delegate
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretariat, Academic Conferences, at iceep2022@akademikonferens.se.
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 26 May 2022, up to which date the total amount will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of 750 SEK.
We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after 26 May 2022
Cancellation made by the conference organizers
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the on-site conference because of a worsening covid-19 situation. Independently of this decision, the conference organizers will offer a digital version of the conference.
Delegate registered for the full on-site conference
If the ICEEP 2022 on-site conference is to be cancelled by the conference organizers, the difference between on-site and digital conference fees will be refunded in full so delegates who registered to attend the ICEEP 2022 full on-site conference can then attend the ICEEP 2022 digital conference. This rule applies only for the ICEEP 2022 full on-site participation.
One day passes for on-site participation
If the ICEEP 2022 on-site conference is to be cancelled by the conference organizers, no refunds of fees will be made for any of the ICEEP 2022 one-day passes. In order to attend the full digital ICEEP 2022 conference, delegates will have to upgrade their one-day pass to the ICEEP 2022 digital participation by being invoiced the difference between the fees.
Privacy policy
Academic Conferences is the ICEEP 2022 conference secretariat. We administer conferences and other events. In order to do this, we must collect and process personal data. The purpose of our privacy policy is to explain how we will use the data we collect when you register to ICEEP 2022, as well as give you information on your rights as a data subject.
