Travel

Cape Town International Airport is a large international airport with all the expected facilities and is currently undergoing extensive expansion and upgrading to meet the demands of the 2010 Soccer World Cup.

Flights to Cape Town are not cheap due to the distance involved. Early booking is therefore advised. In addition, it makes sense to try and combine the conference with a holiday or slightly longer stay for a once in a lifetime experience, such as a safari.

Transfer

You will be met as you leave your plane, personally escorted through a dedicated immigration lane, taken to the ICEEP meeting desk and be on a coach to Spier as quickly as possible.
