PAYMENT

Payment of registration fee

• To qualify for the early registration discount, please ensure payment is received on or before 30 April 2010.
• If you are paying by credit card, payment will automatically be deducted from your card at the time of registration.
• If you are paying by bank transfer/EFT, please ensure payment is received by the early bird registration deadline date in order to receive this discount.  If payment is received AFTER 1 May 2010, then the normal registration fee will apply.
• Registration Fees can be electronically transfered or paid by cheque.
• Proof of payment must be send to us via fax or email. Confirmation will be send within 1 week of receipt of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Fee : 70% of registration fees may be refunded if cancellation received in writing before 01 August 2010. Cancellations must be in writing.
